At TransGas, we greatly value our customers and do everything we can to ensure their needs are being addressed. That's why we created Key Account Managers (KAMs). Each customer is personally assigned to one of our KAMs, so no matter what the question, customers know who to phone first. One of our KAMs will either answer the question right away, or find out the answer and get back to the customer right away. It's kind of like one-stop shopping at your favorite department store!
