A key performance measure for TransGas is the amount of energy transported on the transmission pipeline system (receipts and deliveries).
Energy transported in 2007 was lower than the 2006 levels (nine per cent lower) primarily due to lower Saskatchewan production. This reduction in receipts was caused by the decreased level of drilling and natural gas prices.
