Delivery contract demand represents the maximum quantity of gas in any one day that a shipper has a reserved right to transport through the TransGas transmission facilities.  Overall, 2009 delivery contract demand approximated 2008.  While SaskEnergy Utility delivery contract demand increased by 4% from 2008, Export delivery contract demand decreased by 9% and Intra-Provincial delivery contract demand decreased by 2% from 2008.
