New Daily Operations Report

One of the most popular and well visited pages on our TransGas website is the Daily Operations Report. This report was originally created at the request of our customers that were interested in the general activity on the pipeline system, and was rolled out in November of 2000. The information was to be posted by 1:00 pm each business day.

This page now sees an average of 902 visitor sessions each month and TransGas receives numerous calls asking for weekend and previously missed information.

Due to the popularity of this site, TransGas undertook a project to upgrade and enhance the report, providing more accurate information earlier in the day, access to historical information and some graphing and downloading capabilities.

In last years’ Customer Satisfaction Survey, customers asked us to provide history on this report. We heard you and have responded to your request!
