COLEVILLE GATHERING AND COMPRESSION RATES
 -  NO CHANGE FOR 2006

TransGas is pleased to announce that the existing Coleville compression and gathering rates will be held at the current levels for one more year.  This is the 7th year in a row that TransGas has maintained these rates at this level.

If you already hold this service, please be reminded that contracts that have No Automatic Renewal Rights (NRR)), reaching the end of their present term of 2005 November 01 will automatically terminate 2005 November 01.  Please advise us well in advance of the expiry date if you wish to obtain a new contract for this expiring service.  Approval of such request is subject to TransGas capacity approval and Queue Policy.  In some situations additional conditions may apply.

It should be noted that TransGas accepts requests for revisions throughout the Contract Year, and we make every effort to accommodate these changes for our customers in accordance with our policies and capacity availability.
