TransGas Queue Policy Change
Transfers in Queued Areas
Effective 2005 September 13

Effective 2005 September 13, the following changes have been made to the TransGas Queue Policy:

For receipt areas, customers who already have firm receipt capacity within a queued area will have the right to transfer this capacity to another location within the queued area under standard transfer policies. Those in the queue will not have first rights to this capacity.

For delivery areas, customers who already have firm delivery capacity within a queued area will have the right to transfer this capacity to another location within the queued area or, on a temporary basis, to the export market under standard transfer policies. Those in the queue will not have first rights to this capacity.

The relevant section of the TransGas Comprehensive Tariff can be found on our web site under Services, TransGas Tariff, General Business Policies, Queue Procedures section 1.7.

This policy change will increase our customers’ flexibility with regards to contract transfers to allow them to better manage their transportation portfolios.

If you have any questions on the details of this change, please contact your Key Account Manager, Chris Uhren (306) 777-9501 or Debbie Brown at (306) 777-9687.
