Dawn Overrun Service – Must Nominate (DOS–MN)

As a Firm Shipper on the TransCanada Mainline System, TransGas has an entitlement to specified amounts of DOS-MN Service for the coming winter season. TransGas is interested in exploring the option of assigning the rights to this entitlement to another party.
