What is an Easement or Right Of Way?

An easement is a right granting access to specific property for a specific purpose and is registered on the landowner's title located at Information Services Corporation. TransGas's right-of-ways (ROW) are from 15 metres wide to 30 metres wide. You must obtain permission prior to performing work over or near a TransGas operated pipeline.
