On January 11, 2022, select customers will receive an email invitation to participate, on behalf of their companies, in the annual TransGas Customer Satisfaction Survey. The online survey will ask questions with respect to the service TransGas provided between April and December 2021.

TransGas strives to provide the best possible services for its customers. Responses to this survey are invaluable, as they will help us to maintain high levels of service and identify areas in which we can improve the experience customers have with TransGas.
