On February 25, select customers will receive an email invitation to participate, on behalf of their company, in the annual TransGas Customer Satisfaction Survey. The online survey will ask questions with respect to the service TransGas provided from April 2020 to mid-February 2021.

TransGas strives to provide the best possible services for its customers. Responses to this survey are invaluable, as they will help us to maintain high levels of service and identify areas in which we can improve customers' experience with TransGas.

Insightrix Research Inc. (Insightrix) is once again conducting the survey on behalf of TransGas, and will be following up — by telephone — with anyone who hasn't completed the survey by March 2, 2021. Customers who receive a call from Insightrix will have the ability to complete the survey over the phone, schedule a specific time and date for Insightrix to call back, or complete the survey online.

All responses to the survey are anonymous; however, customers can identify themselves in the last question on the survey such that one of our Key Account Managers can follow up to discuss the responses. The survey will remain open until March 23, 2021.

For anyone who feels the survey may have come to them in error, please forward to the appropriate person and notify TransGas, such that our records can be updated.
