TransGas Limited (TransGas) hereby announces a Binding Open Season for Summer Use Firm Storage Service. This Binding Open Season is being conducted pursuant to the terms and conditions contained within the TransGas Comprehensive Tariff and the terms and conditions set out herein. The terms and conditions that apply to the Service resulting from the Open Season are set out herein and in the Bid Form.
This Service will be contracted as a TransGas S-40.0 Summer Use Service, with additional conditions as required to reflect the terms and conditions outlined.
Interested Customers are invited to complete the Bid Form. The requests received will be evaluated and awarded based on the following:
- If oversubscribed, bids will be allocated on a prorated basis.
