TransGas is providing advance notice regarding Interruptible NIT to TEP service for the month of August. Interruptible restrictions on NGTL since July 25, 2021 are expected to continue until late August. We do not anticipate that Interruptible NIT to TEP service will be available from August 3-31. NIT to TEP Shed Notice Change

Effective immediately, the NIT to TEP (NTT) shed notice period will be sixteen (16) months for all NTT contracts with an expiry date prior to November 1, 2026. Background In 2019 TransGas amended the NTT shed notice to 26 months. This was in line with TC Energy’s Mainline (Mainline) renewal notice of 24 months, allowing TransGas to use Mainline contracts to transport gas to the province. TransGas is providing you with notice of upcoming outages on interconnecting pipelines. The restrictions may result in an impact to TransGas’ ability to meet NIT to TEP firm contracts.
