NIT to TEP Firm and Interruptible Restriction for TransGas System - March 10 Update

TransGas is providing notice of upcoming outages on interconnecting pipelines. The restrictions may result in an impact to TransGas’ ability to meet NIT to TEP firm contracts. TransGas is working closely with the associated pipelines regarding timing and volumes impacted. During these planned outages, TransGas will attempt to coordinate system outages to avoid future outages in the area. If any Interruptible NIT to TEP flow is available, it will be offered through the regular process. There has been an update since the last notice on March 9, 2021. The over-consumption procedure applies when there is over‐consumption by Delivery customers during periods where we have placed a Delivery Service Curtailment on the system.

TransGas is notifying shippers of potential curtailments to firm contracted NIT to TEP and Empress to TEP Services due to upcoming outages on interconnecting pipelines. TransGas is working closely with the associated pipelines regarding timing and volumes impacted.
