Cabinet recently approved an amendment to the previously announced overall average Transportation and Storage rate increase for 2026, reducing it from 6.1% to 1.9%, effective April 1. TransGas Limited (TransGas) is proposing a change to the second year of a two-year adjustment of its transportation and storage rates, effective April 1, 2026. If approved, the change will be as follows: An overall average rate increase of 1.9%, which is a decrease from the 6.1% average rate increase approved last year.
