TransGas Approved Rate Adjustment – April 1, 2025

March 27, 2025 Please be advised that TransGas Limited (TransGas) has received Cabinet approval to implement a two-year rate increase for transportation and storage rates, as follows: A 3.2% average increase, effective April 1, 2025; and A 6.1% average increase, effective April 1, 2026 Over the past 10 years, the average annual rate increase has been 2.8%. Cabinet recently approved an amendment to the previously announced overall average Transportation and Storage rate increase for 2026, reducing it from 6.1% to 1.9%, effective April 1. Over the past 10 years, TransGas rate increases have averaged 2.8% and we are committed to minimizing rate changes wherever possible. TransGas Approved Transportation and Storage Service Rate Adjustment (Effective April 1, 2022)

TransGas Limited (TransGas) has completed the governance process and is changing its rates for transportation and storage services, effective April 1, 2022. Customers will see a rate increase ranging from 8.8% to 9%, with an average increase of 8.9% across all rate classes. TransGas Proposed Rate Adjustment - April 1, 2025

TransGas Limited (TransGas) is proposing changes to its transportation and storage rates, effective April 1, 2025, and April 1, 2026. TransGas Proposed Rate Adjustment - April 1, 2026

TransGas Limited (TransGas) is proposing a change to the second year of a two-year adjustment of its transportation and storage rates, effective April 1, 2026. If approved, the change will be as follows: An overall average rate increase of 1.9%, which is a decrease from the 6.1% average rate increase approved last year. Individual rate class adjustments would range from a decrease of 1.5% to an increase of 9.0%.
