D-31.0 Rate Class Amendment
TransGas is making changes to the D-31 (small industrial) rate class. TransGas will be increasing the lower limit of the D-31 Rate Class from 24,300 GJ to 26,100 GJ. Delivery Transportation less than 24,300 GJ per year will be fulfilled by SaskEnergy (changes to TransGas D-51.0 rate class)
TransGas continually assesses its service offerings in support of the needs of our customers and the natural gas market in Saskatchewan. After careful consideration, TransGas has determined that firm contracted gas delivery for low volume sites is better matched to SaskEnergy’s services. As a result, new services and changing contracts that are expected to flow fewer than 24,300 GJ per year will be fulfilled by SaskEnergy. Customers currently utilizing TransGas’ low volume firm delivery service (D-51.0 rate class) have been grandfathered and are permitted to continue receiving the service...
