Operational Flow Order (OFO) Notice

As per the Tariff, TransGas is issuing an Operational Flow Order (OFO) effective 1:30 P.M. Central Clock Time (Saskatchewan) today, February 11, 2021. As a result of the OFO, all Shippers currently in a negative inventory balance must take immediate action to bring their Shipper Imbalance Account back into balance within a specified Shipper’s Tolerance Percentage, which is currently set at 0% to +20% of their contracted balance. Potential Firm Curtailments for TransGas System – NIT to TEP and Empress to TEP Services

Beginning in late September, there will be a series of maintenance and capital projects performed by TransGas and TC Energy that are likely to result in a curtailment to firm contracted NIT to TEP (NTT) and Empress to TEP (ETT) Services. TransGas is notifying shippers of potential curtailments to firm contracted NIT to TEP and Empress to TEP Services due to upcoming outages on interconnecting pipelines. TransGas is working closely with the associated pipelines regarding timing and volumes impacted. During these periods, TransGas will attempt to coordinate system outages to avoid future outages and curtailments.
